• The assets and trading names of Saxon UK, the Bedford-based bodybuilder and trailer manufacturer, have been acquired by Hillsdown Distribution for around £105,000.

The company will continue to trade as Saxon, and will operate as a separate division within Hillsdown from its existing Bedford site.
