Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A floor crane that folds to a height of Sin, enabling it to be supplied in a box, simplifying handling and storage, has been announced by B. Dixon-Bate Ltd.

Operating advantages offered by the height reduction are said to include the greater facility to store the crane, when not in use, or simply stack against the wall of a garage or workshop.

The ':Tuckaway" crane is designed for one-man operation and can be erected in approximately 10sec. Designed for many applications in garages, maintenance workshops or • for on-site repairs, the unit has a maximum lifting capacity of 10cwt, with a choice of three positions on the telescopic jib. At maximum jib extension, the safe working load is 5cwt and the hook can be raised from 20in. above floor level te a height of 95in.

The crane is supported on sin. diameter wheels at the front and swivelling castors at the rear. Lifting is by means of a hand-operated hydraulic pump mounted on the main vertical frame.

When in the folded position, the "Tuckaway" Mk II measures 601,•in. in length, 36,in. width, with a height of Bin. Weight of the unit is 18216, enabling the crane to be handled, erected and transported by one operator.
