UNITED Transport, the British Electronic Traction group's British and European transport holding company, has elected three of its senior executives to the board.
They are Richard Dawbarn, chairman and managing director of the International Freight Ferry Group, United's unit load division; Philip Harrisson, chairman of United Heavy Transport and United Contract Hire, the recently created amalgamations of British haulage businesses; and Michael Jones, United Transport's financial director designate and the former financial director of International Ferry Freight.
