• A new centre of the Institute of Traffic Administration is to be formed in East Anglia. A group of IoTA members from the Institute's West Anglian centre met in Ipswich last week and an inaugural meeting is expected to take place in three weeks' time. A spokesman for IoTA said that there were 57 potential members for the new centre, but initially meetings could alternate between Suffolk and Norfolk and this would put the total membership in the joint area at over 100.
