Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The road transport and warehousing business of Watts Bros (Beverley) Ltd has been taken over by the British Fuel Company and will now join the other Humberside activities of British Fuel's East Yorkshire region which is based at Hull and which include Grimsby Express haulage, Revell Fuels and Good Havercroft Ready Mixed Concrete. The takeover gives the group substantial road transport and warehousing facilities on both sides of the Humber.

The Beverley business was founded in 1878 and has been conducted for two generations by the Watts family, its present chairman being 82-year-old Mr Arthur Watts who is to retire but will be available in a consultative capacity while his nephew Mr George Watts and his grandson will continue to be actively concerned in the management of the firm.

A spokesman for British Fuels Group said that in line with their policy the trading name of Watts Bros would be retained and the administrative centre would remain at Beverley.
