Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WOMEN IN Logistics (WIL) UK is encouraging females working in the transport industry to sign up to its free mentoring scheme.

Launched over a year ago, the WIL mentoring scheme matches people with less experience in the sector with those with more experience so they can share ideas, knowledge and skills.

Jane Burkitt, supply chain director at PepsiCo and mentoring officer at WIL, says: "We have a bank of male and female volunteer mentors whom we match people with.

“If there isn’t someone in our bank of volunteers with the right experience we’ll go out and find someone.” WIL has a mentoring guide that outlines some basic ground rules, but Burkitt says it is up to the mentor and those they mentor to make it as formal or informal a process as they like.
