Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bedwas Bodyworks has built 20 van bodies for Royal Mail letters.

The 12.8m bodies — fitted on Mercedes 609D and Renault S56 chassis — are constructed in one-piece sandwich panelling on an aluminium framework. At the rear, a heavy-duty wide slat roller shutter is protected by rubber buffer strips.

The floor is made of phenoli ply which can withstand the battering of pallet trucks. Kick boards are fitted to the sides to minimise internal damage.

Maximum payload is about 2,500kg and the specification calls for a chassis life of six to seven years.
