Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

1 Peugeot Talbot exhibited a ew Express-based front-line mbulance at the Arnbex show. L has been jointly developed y Lancashire-based CoachTork Walker, SVO of ddbourne, Wiltshire, and the ehicle manufacturer.

Using lightweight materials its construction, the new ehicle is based on the front/heel-drive, turbo-diesel, ■ EVEL-built chassis-cab. The ody has been especially built o give interior measurements 3,480inm length, 2,033nun vidth and 1,855nun height. Northumbria chief ambulance officer, Laurie Cape!, found the Talbot Express to be the most exciting vehicle at the show. Citing the use of light-weight materials, he feels that the vehicle "has potential", although it is still in the development stage. While there are still doubts about the capability of diesel-engined vehicles in front-line applications (see below), Capel feels that weight-saving materials may give diesel power units the 096kmth (0-60mph) acceleration times they need.
