Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE NATIONAL Enterprise Board and the Industrial and Commercial Finance Corporation have invested in BTB (Engineering), makers of the Ant three-wheel vehicle.

A joint £60,000 investment in the company, which has recently announced the extension of the Ant range to include articulated box vans, will give each a 25 per cent interest in the company.

BTB is to use the investment to establish a full assembly unit in Blackburn following demand from local authorities for the Ant derivatives.

Export markets are also accounting for up to half of the production of the Ant and it is hoped that the new production unit could employ about 50 people.

BTB is also to receive help from the Department of Industry to set up the new plant.
