Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Your article on British manufacturers' services in Europe in your excellent Ferries and Continental Operation issue spurs me to write to you concerning Dunlop's European service.

Operators can take advantage of a tyre breakdown service operated through nearly 120 Dunlop depots throughout Europe. Like the NTDA scheme which operates in West Germany and Holland, the driver does not have to pay on the spot — operators are invoiced by Dunlop UK. The scheme is not limited to Dunlop users and any operator can take advantage of it. Details of the scheme may be obtained from any Dunlop depot or direct from the company at Fort Dunlop, Birmingham 824 9QT.
