PERMISSION was granted by the West Midland Licensing Authority. last week, to Messrs J. W. Lloyd and Sons, Oswestry, to run a bus service linking outlying residential and industrial areas with the centre of the town. "Messrs. Vaggs had also applied to run a service. The local general works committee -had considered the original proposals of the two operators and decided to support Messrs. Lloyd. Messrs. Vaggs's application was refused.
