Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Did you miss me last week? Yes, I thought you might, but in the interests of those who were planning to attend Earls Court I gave over my space to Martin Huckett's gastronomic guide which seemed to cater for all tastes from -your regular London pubfood to the more exotic dishes of the Orient. And talking of taverns do you recall that story about the NUR using beer mats to attract new members? Well, they've set a new fashion.

The employers' side — British Rail — are also on the beer mat trail. This week half a dozen landed on my desk. They tell me I can travel from Richmond, Surrey, to Broad Street, London, every 20 minutes on the North London line. Now supposing I wanted to make the trip, which I don't, could do it with only one change using London Underground's District and Circle Lines. Can we really afford these luxuries? Peter Parker, please note.
