Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

odel:

Transit 140PS Crewcab The Ford Transit crewcab is certainly driver-friendly in terms of its cab layout and feels solid to drive, even when running empty.

At the quarry the heavier crewcab could obviously not take on quite as much as its singlecab stablemate but it still managed more than the magic tonne.

Despite its 1COhp engine the Transit has a fair amount of grunt the hill climb was completed in a surprisingly quick 38 seconds, despite being stuck behind an 18-tonner for a few seconds. Its fivespeed manual gearbox (which is set up to cater for towing) contributed to this performance, though this had a negative side: it required higher revs to maintain 70m ph on the motorway.

Noise wasn't a problem but those extra revs did make themselves heard in the cab. The controls are easy to use and the steering feels firm and precise.

Ford claims to be the only company to fit TOVapproved bodies, thanks to an in-cab computer. Before it will let the tipping mechanism be operated, the computer asks the operator if the instruction manual has been fully read and the operation of the mechanism is properly understood. Only after 'yes' has been pressed to both of those questions can the tail-lift be operated.

This 'gateway question' technology could protect an employer from a corporate manslaughter charge.

The Ford body, supplied by VFS, tipped in 21.4 seconds. For extra driver safety the headboard on the body can withstand even an exceptional impact.

Overall the crewcab tipper gave us a comfortable drive with easy-to-use functions, though it could have done with an extra gear on the motorway.
