HAULIERS should now bid ft possible additional Europea permits, according to the Intel national Road Freight Office.
In anticipation of an increas in EEC quota permits (CA, August 9), it says it want operators to send in their bids b November 21.
No bids of fewer than 35 gen eral quota permits will be con sidered, and successful applica nts will be notified as soon afte the December 4 Council o Ministers Meeting as possible They will cost £95 as normal.
