Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A leaflet has been produced by Ward Brooke and Co. Ltd., a member company of the Norcros Group, on the concern's range of pre-set flexible and rigid torque spanners. Details of construction and sizes of both types are given in the leaflet in addition to standard loadings in tabulated form_ Both flexible and rigid models are of the audible indicating type and incorporate a mechanism that combines a ball bearing driver shaft with a ratchet system constructed of nylon to provide constant friction characteristics and to obviate the risk of slipping. The flexible models are designed for use on items such as terminal blocks located in areas where space is restricted and a vertical purchase on the nut is not possible.

Available from: Ward Brooke and Co. Ltd., Avionics Division, Fassetts Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe, Bucks.
