Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Royal Mail Parcels has unveiled its new look and new name — Parcelforce — for the 1990s.

More than .E80 million will be invested to upgrade its main distribution centres, recruit an additional 5,000 staff and add 4,000 vehicles to the fleet — boosting it to more than 10,000.

A network of 150 dedicated distribution centres will be established.

"The decision to change the name is driven by the organisation's need to establish itself as an independent operating division of the Post Office in a fiercely competitive environment," says Parcelforce managing director Nick Nelson.
