DYFED County Council ha published its second publi passenger transport plan. Th 1980/81 plan concentrates o current proposals for legli lative change and the prc visional conclusions of recent County "Assessment c Needs Study".
This study defines variou needs for public transport an their relative priorities an subject to the results of cor sultation and subsequen Council decisions, will fort the basis of future planning c public transport in Dyfed.
Much of the information fa this study came from ques tionnaires completed by corn munity councils throughou the county.
