Hays Distribution based in Manchester. He joined recently having been made redundant after 15 years elsewhere. There is no age bar but he says Driveline is "very hot" on recruitment, including practical and written tests. Employers
should not discriminate on grounds of age although he points out: "Some youngsters ruin the jab because they do it too fast and some of the older ones are incapable because of age."
