Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Tipton-based transport and warehousing specialist Lloyds is a typical CVS customer, with 20 of the firm's vehicles on a fixed-cost leasing contract. Lloyds operate a mixed bag of around 50 vehicles, ranging from vans to 44-tonners, for a range of blue-chip companies. Around 90% of the firm's vehicles are on contract hire, which they say allows them to operate a thoroughly modern fleet. while keeping in step with environmental legislation like the London Low Emission Zone. "CVS was able to service our needs with little fuss, and of course an excellent service," enthuses Nicky Gallagher, the company's accounts director Lloyd's routine maintenance planning is handled by the supplying dealer (which in this case is Renault Tn..icks Midlands), fed back to the client in real-time via CVS's online IT system, CVS Lye.

"We have a number of service level agreements we operate to. Our own fleet engineer regularly visits our repairers to make sure evE is going according to plan. The only exception to the rule is MoT vehicles come back to us in Derbyshire," CVS's Gosling informs "CVS Live is an extremely valuable operatonal tool for both us Lloyds, as they (the customer) can see all documentation relatin their vehicle(s), including real-time and archived breakdown information." he adds.

Gosling goes on to add that transparency is the key to manac breakdowns, accident repair and any other miscellaneous costs associated with a given vehicle's operation: "In common with mt. larger contracts. we demonstrate all costs in an open-book man The client can log on at any time and see the true invoice amour given repair with the addition of a handling charge."
