Daimler Fleetlines on two London Transport routes tomorrow (Saturday). Described by LTE as "London's doubledeckers of the future", the Park Royalbodied vehicles will be the first of almost 2000 double-deckers to be bought by LT before the end of 1974.

The routes concerned are 95 (Tooting—Cannon Street) and 220 (Tooting-Park Royal), and the switch is part of the next stage of LT's Bus Reshaping Plan, which will also see the introduction of more single-deckers in place of double-deckers on other routes. All the new buses, both singleand double-deck, will be one-man operated.
