Two types are made, one of which is a roll-up model, where the shutter retracts on to a 16 s.w.g. heat-treated alloy barrel housing a spiral spring. Alternatively, a roof-type slides in roof channels and bends—the opening and closing action is controlled by a spring-loaded barrel mounted in the roof and attached by web tapes.
A useful pamphlet has been published by the company which sets out the method of measuring up the body for the fitting of shutters: it also contains a comprehensive ordering guide/ order form. Other informa tion given includes specification, full-size illustrations and recommendations for painting.
