• On 12 April, a public inquiry will take place in Birmingham adjourned from 26 January to consider disciplinary action against OST Distribution, based on the Sprint Industrial Estate in Wolverhampton. A separate inquiry will be held on the same day to consider a new application from SY Logistics, on the Tweedale Industrial Estate in Tefford. The two firms have the same director. Simon Yeadon.
• In Birmingham, on 16 April, a public inquiry will consider a new application from Greenleaf Transport, Birmingham.
