Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• German-based parcels carrier Hellmann is looking for local hauliers to join its distribution network. The company, which has 27 UK haulage -partners", says it is looking for around four operators prepared to livery their trucks in Hellmann colours.

Applicants will not have to pay to join the network and need not be established in the parcels market, but they must employ at least one staff member experienced in parcel carrying. Hauliers pay to use Hellmann's hub at Tamworth, Staffs from where they collect and deliver, offering overnight and two/threeday services within their area. The company handles up to 7,000 packages a night, ranging from 2kg to 500kg.

Recent recruits to Hellmann's network include Framptons International of Shepton Mallet, Somerset and Newcastle upon Tyne-based Murray Hogg Transport.
