semi-trailers which will make their first appearance at the RHA Tipping Convention at Harrogate between April 28 and May 1.
Three models will be offered at 19, 27.5, 32 cum (25, 36 and 42 cu yd) capacity, based on the castellated York chassis.
Anthony Carrimore all-welded aluminium alloy monocoque tipping bodies, with floor support cross-members, are constructed with round corners to prevent loads from sticking.
A five-stage 25.4 tonnes (24 tons) Anthony Carrimore type S25 FTE /240C lifting ram is mounted externally at the front of the body. The 19 cum (25 cu yd) model is designed mainly for aggregates and features a top swing tailgate and lm (3ft 4in) sides while the 27 cum (36 cu yd) model with 1.4m (4ft 7in) sides may be more suitable to handle general bulk and scrap and the 32 cum (42 cu yd) model is intended for the carriage of bulk grain.
Both of the larger models are fitted with barn type doors.
Optional power take-off equipment can be provided to meet individual customer requirements.
The major benefit to the customer is that the whole package is covered under warranty by York who are backed up by a nationwide service network.
