Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A commercial vehicle tyre handbook devised to enable vehicle operators to obtain the maximum economy, efficiency and safety from their tyres has been published by Pirelli. Data for the book have been gathered through extensive research by tyre engineers at Pirelli's Burton-on-Trent factory.

It is claimed to be the most comprehensive book of its kind available in the UK and deals with all commercial tyres from radial-ply giants down to electric vehicle sizes. Sections give information including tyre. and rim dimensions, load and inflation pressures, minimum tyre

sizes for plated vehicles, overall lengths and gross vehicle weights, ETRTO /SMMT maximum load and inflation pressures and other data.

Its cover is stiffened black PVC and measures 7in. by 9in. The loose-leaf pages are retained by a spring-controlled metal spine to allow additional pages to be added.

Limited quantities of the handbook have been supplied to each of Pirelli's 13 tyre sales branches throughout the UK for distribution to tyre distributors, transport managers, the heads of haulage and other associated companies.
