Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEEDS-BASED general and magazine haulier Macfarlane Transport Holdings is entering the last phase of a massive reflecting programme as it begins to take delivery of 200 new trailers.

The units from Schmitz Cargobull are a £3m investment by the firm, which has also bought 140 new tractor units since it came into being last February. The company was created after haulage entrepreneur Stephen Cooke bought the assets and goodwill of failed haulier Macfarlane

Transport from its administrators.

The trailers, which will arrive in batches of 20 in the run-up to Christmas, are all fitted with Microlise tracking devices. Director Robert Cooke says:

"The important thing with a trailer is what is on it — and [the devices] give customers added peace of mind. We also think they will increase the utilisation of the trailers and help us find efficencies."
