Drummond Bros., Ltd. Guildford, who specialize in. lathes and tools for motor repair work, have an interesting display which includes a laths designed so as to be adaptable for a wide range of work yet without' excessive weight or bulk. It is fitted with hollow spindle, slide rest capable of adjustment in a complete circle, box head and Bet, over tail stock. Another exhibit is a quite new 14 in. lathe bed, consistting of two special 7 ft. beds, bolted together at their ends. This lathe packs up into a small compass for export, and is easily Rut together. Another lathe has 5 in. centre, 5 ft. body, for carriage and repair shop work. It is arranged for treadle and power drive_ It has all thee usual accessories, including milling and gear. cuttingattachment, solid boring table, grinding attachment.
