Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW E700,000 bus and rail interchange was opened at Altringham on Wednesday by Greater Manchester Council leader Sir Robert Thomas.

The new interchange will serve a population of over 41,000 and it is the first of its kind to be built. It incorporates the original Altringham station and a new bus station.

The interchange offers access to 20 bus services and 100 train departures a day and it has a novel "Kiss 'n' Ride" stop for commuters being dropped at the station by their families.

A new early warning system tells the bus despatcher that a train is imminent so that the bus connection will be maintained.

The old railway station was built in 1849 and has been altered and improved to take the increased flow of passengers, and there are also special facilities for the disabled and handicapped.
