A SUGGESTION that the partments of Energy and Environment had differ opinions about the importa of electric vehicles was der in the Commons last week.
The Energy Departmei Advisory Council on the C servation of Energy I recently forecast that se' out of every ten Arhic should be electric, while Environment spokesman 5 a week or so ago that the ture for transpOrtation 1a3 synthetic fuels.
