Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE 50 vehicles now operating on the Isle of Wight for the NFC subsidiary of Western BRS, Islandlink, were completely repainted in the company's red and light blue livery in 48 hours.

Using direct labour at the Western BRS depots at Reading, Bristol, Portsmouth and Newport (loW), the vehicles were rubbed down to the old BRS red, filled and prepared before the new livery was applied.

The remaining 50 vehicles which are still based on the mainland were put into the new colours this week. All the vehicles were painted with Joseph Mason's Masopar, and two hours after the last coat was applied they were lettered with selfadhesive transfers supplied by Tabular Printers of Bristol.
