Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I AM AN avid reader of your magazine and in CM 17 May edition Chris Druce wrote an article about the driver shortage that is being predicted for 2014.

I am hoping that you will be able to provide me with some information about taking a Driver CPC module.

I am being detained at Her Majesty’s pleasure. I will be released on 31 December 2014 and that is my predicament.

Can you please tell me how I will be able to get around this? On my release, I want to return to the industry because I have been a Class 1 driver for 30 years.

Will I be able to have the module sent to the prison where I am, as an exam, or do I have to sit a full seminar training programme?

Thank you in advance for your help in this matter. I look forward to your response.

Ed’s response: It took us a while to ,find the answer but a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Justice tells us that because every individual’s circumstances are different, you should discuss the Driver CPC with your prison’s manager for learning and skills. We wish you the best of luck.
