Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CONTRACT to develop an automatic vehicle monitoring system for the Dublin City Bus Services has been awarded to Storno Ltd.

The system will monitor and display bus position, via a computer control system, of up to 999 buses on a visual display unit at seven Dublin bus depots.

During the last two years Dublin City Bus Services have operated a VHF radio control system, but this is demanding on radio frequency channels.

The new computerized system keeps the use of voice radio to a minimum, bus position and identity being automatically transmitted to the computer system using a data transmission system and displayed to the appropriate inspector on a visual display unit.

A pilot scheme, involving 100 buses and one garage installation is expected yo be in operation by early 1975.
