Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TELEVISION cameras will shortly be aiding the Leeds Transport Department and by the end of January will be in action in the centre of the city.

Commenting on the matter last week the general manager, Mr. T. Lord, said the cameras would cover Briggate, City Square and the Corn Exchange, and by the end of January a new central control room would be established at transport headquarters in Swinegate.

Cameras will indicate to the control room the number of waiting passengers and the need for additional buses. The department is already testing the equipment.

MORE BUSES FOR GREYHOUND

GREYHOUND CORP., the large North American bus concern, has increased its orders for new buses to be delivered this year to 500 from a previously announced 300. They will be bought from General Motors Corp. at a cost of about £7.8m.

Last year the company bought 255 of General Motors' 4106 model—a single dtcker bus—and the new order is for a similar type.

Questioned during a shareholders' meeting about Greyhound's purchases from G.M.C., Mr. Clifford D. Cherry, executive vice-president said "We have found great difficulty in getting anyone to produce a bus and engine to meet our requirements and still compete in price with G.M.C., but we are very anxious to develop another source of supply. "
