. After admitting it .V."••*" planned to close four distribution depots at the end of 2008, Dairy Farmers of Britain (DFB) has revealed it has received a takeover offer. The co-operative launched a 90-day consultation on the proposed closures of depots in Leeds, Cheshunt, Portsmouth and Lincoln, which affects 205 jobs. DFB has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers to review the offer.
