or hree years ago I suffered 1 an accident involving a bus which operates from United's Durham depot.
I have been offered in "full and final settlement" an insulting sum of cash for the following injuries: three broken ribs, a broken nose, a broken cheek bone and concussion.
Although the accident occurred on 1 April 1995, the date of the final offer was 3 February 1998.
The attitude of the insurers is unreal.
Through your magazine hope that I can find someone willing to give me advice on how to prepare a case against the offer.
