Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• British Leyland has received its largest ever order for heavy commercial vehicles from South Africa. Total value of the contract, which is for 2,844 vehicles, is £7.5 million-440 buses and the remainder a selection of trucks from the British Leyland range.

Dominating the contract is an order for 1,600 Super Comet Eland trucks. Locally produced content in the Eland is high--nearly 40 per cent--and includes the Leyland 401 6-cylinder diesel engine now in volume production at the Corporation's Elandsfontein factory.
