• The merits of contract and own-account distribution will be one of the themes at the Freight Transport Association's national conference which will take place on 29-30 September.
Also included at the Stratford-upon-Avon-based event will be talks on business opportunities on the Ccmtinent, urban congestion and building plans for Britain's roads.
The cost is £375 (ex-VAT) which covers the cost of the conference dinner where author and former Greater Manchester Police Deputy Chief Constable John Stalker, will give a talk on crime. The price does not include hotel accommodation.
