WTL TRUCK AND Van Centres has opened a new Renault Trucks dealership in Peterborough, taking over the former TLS depot.
Dealer principal Craig Ballinger says Peterborough’s considerable vehicle parc offers an exciting opportunity for WTL. “We look forward to welcoming new Renault CV customers.
“Now is the right time to invest in the future, as Renault Trucks is enjoying a strong market share thanks to excellent fuel economy, reliability and performance across the range,” he adds.
WTL is part of the Welch Group and first became a Renault Trucks dealer in 2005 from its Cambridge site, which it shares with Welch’s Transport. In 2009 it took over the franchise in Peterborough from Fengate Commercials.
The 930m3 dealership has six service bays; MoT prep and testing centre, with two service vans for extra off-site support; and parts distribution. It employs 13 people, including six technicians, and opens from 7am. ■
