NORTH WALES Recovery Service can base five vehicles and two trailers at the Hadley Buildings in Bangor Road, Conwy, as well as five vehicles and two trailers at a unit on the Bodelwyddan Industrial Park in Rhyl, subject to conditions and undertakings: ● finance to be produced by 31 January 2013 for the months of October, November and December this year; ● maintenance systems, maintenance documentation and vehicle inspections will be audited every six months.
