• Lamberet has introduced a range of demountable monobloc freezer bodies to fit most popular chassis cabs or car-derived utilities. They can be transferred to a replacement chassis when required.
Made of 80mm GRP/ polyurethane foam sandwich panelling to ATP class C (frozen)/A (chilled)
certification the body will accept a small freezer unit or eutectic system. A typical 2.0m-long box for a Ford P100 provides a 770kg payload within its 3.15mi interior and costs around £1,500.
With a eutectic system the unit costs more but is lighter.
Versions for pickups such as the Citroen Visa or Vauxhall Brava are available.
