• Sir Norman Kipping, vice-chairman of the Fulton Committee. Dr. C. G. Williams, of Ricardo and Co., and Mr. H. H. Gott. managing director, Associated Nuclear Services, will be among speakers at a one-day discussion at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers on "The Utilization of Professional Engineering Manpower" to be held on October 24.
The discussion starts at 10 a.m. and subjects will include problems arising from technological change, training, leadership and relations between universities and industry.
