"substantial" damages sum
RUBERY OWEN-Rockwell says it has received "a substantial sum", the exact amount of which has not been disclosed, from Brockmoor Foundry Company by way of damages for infringement of copyright.
The copyright dispute relates to castings supplied by Brockmoor to the order of the former Moss Gear Company of Accrington, the assets of which were purchased by RO-R in November 1982.
