Michael James Watt of Jedirgh had been employed om August 1977 to DeTiber 15, 1978 to collect and liver game. In his work, the rm was covered by EEC gulations, which meant that me had to be delivered to an )proved station within 24 mrs.
Mr Watt was instructed by lephone to make a collection Ardrossan — but he said he fused, since he had a dinner ite in Jedburgh at 5pm.
The Tribunal ruled that Mr ratt capriciously gave up his nployment and was in clear each of his contract. His iplication was dismissed.
