Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE NEW OWNER of the re-opened Alconbury lorry park says drivers are being charged just £10 a night until all its services are up and running.

Mark Stanojevic says he is pleased with the numbers of lorries already parking up at the secure Cambridgeshire truckstop since it opened three months ago, and he hopes that he will soon be able to offer drivers three types of meal.

However, because the showers are not yet in operation. the bar is closed and food is currently being served from a mobile caterer outside, the new boss says it is charging the reduced rate for sleepovers.

Stanojevic also says he is finalising agreements with fast food operator Subway, a home cooking-style caterer and Mace supermarket to sell food from the 10-acre site, He adds: "We are getting 30 lorries here a night now, and we are quite pleased. It's a termer a night until all the facilities are up and running. We want drivers to feel wanted; we are here because of the drivers."
