Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Another director that has comeunder CM's spotlight Is Mansoor Hussain a man who has strong links to Rawlings and Hussain.

Mansoor is director of a company called Caveman Consultants, which trades as CC Finance and The Logistix Group. The latter began handling Eric Short Haulage's invoices in March. Caveman Consultants holds an 0-licence for 10 vehicles and 15 trailers and has as its operating centre premises that are just up the road from Eric Short Haulage. Clients of European Freight Link, another company that Rawlings and Shahid Hussain owned that went into administration in December 2008 (CM 21 May), received a letter from Boston Commercial Finance two months earlier telling them CC Finance was taking over its factoring agreement. Mansoor was involved in factoring John Mack (Haulage)'s invoices too and was behind the purchase of Thorburn Transport as well in March, before TO Beverley Bell revoked its licence.

He did not respond to call from CM.
