Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MAJOR road reconstruction projects started this month will mean delays and diversions for some operators, the Department of Transport has warned.

While grade separated junctions are being built to replace some of the roundabouts on the Al, a new one is being built south of Grantham, at the A151/B676 junction at Colsterworth. This is expected to be ready in seven months, and single-lane operation will apply during the construction period.

The southbound carriageway of the M6 Carlisle by-pass will be closed until September at Millbrooke Bridge, while fire damage is repaired. Contraflow operation will apply.

And abnorrnal loads will be banned from the A30 between Crooked Billet junction and Lane Bridge, on the Staines by-pass, while roadworks create contraflow working. This lasts until around November.
