to Disciplinary action against Colin Bay-based Tatws Trading will be discussed on 23 July.
• On 23 July a public inquiry will look at disciplinary action against James Pickstock, based in Meiford. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for consideration.
Warrington • The traffic commissioner will look at disciplinary action against W McClure, trading as Parsons and based in Windermere, at a hearing to be held on 22 July.
• Disciplinary action against United Utilities Water, based in Warrington, will be considered at a public inquiry on 24 July.
• At a public inquiry on 6 August disciplinary action against Wigan-based Inglenorth (Contracting), will be discussed. At the same time the transport manager's repute will also be looked at.
• JE Morten, based in High Peak, will attend a public inquiry on 16 September. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will be on the agenda.
• Egremont-based A-Tech Scaffolding is due to appear before the traffic commissioner at a public inquiry on 7 October when disciplinary action will be considered.
