Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Heron Distribution has scooped retailer John Menzies' first centralised distribution contract.

The Scottish stores group is opening a warehouse in Holford, Birmingham, from which Heron will begin delivering to outlets throughout the UK on 22 July. Suppliers previously delivered direct to Menzies stores.

Heron will use nine artics for the seven-year contract. Six will be based at Holford, with three at its operating centre in Bathgate, near Edinburgh to serve stores in Scotland.

The tractive units will haul single-axle 8m trailers for distribution during the day and triaxle 12.2m trailers for overnight trunking. They will be liveried in Menzies colours.
