Silicone Grease

LIAVING the consistency of petroleum jelly, MS4 is a homogeneous

silicone grease. with a number of uses for vehicle operators. It is chiefly intended for waterproofing ignition systems to ensure quick starting under damp conditions, but can also be employed to lubricate battery terminals and rubber door seals. In cold climates, door hicks that are liable to freeze up may be lubricated with it, advantage being .taken of the water repellency of the silicone content.

As an anti-oxidant, MS4 helps to keep natural and synthetic rubber flexible, and prevents the corrosion and sticking together of machinedsurfaces and gaskets. MS4 does not harm paint and may be removed with solvent. Distributed in north-west England and North Wales by Holiday and Hennmerdinger, Ltd., 71 Ardwick 'Green North, Manchester, 12, it is sold in tubes, a 1-oz. tube costing5s. and .orders of two gross of 8-oz. tubes £1 3s. 9d, per-tube.
