U.S. Registrations: At the end of 1957 there were 10.960,814 goods vehicles and 268,537 buses registered in the U.S.A. During the year, vehicle registrations increased by three per cent.
Colour Routes: To identify routes, buses operated by Edinburgh Corporation are being fitted with coloured bulkhead boards, supplementing the normal destination markings.
